A new World of Possibilities

PHP is from its beginning a server side solution. By mixing it with JavaScript, the PHP language becomes much more !

A new Path

Writing a new application implies choosing the right tool and try to anticipate users requests. Both PHP and JavaScript are necessary, but with Glayzzle you don’t have to choose.

PHP lets you design your code, and Glayzzle will convert it to legacy JS.

Smallest Footprint

The aim is too fully support PHP features by introducing the smallest footprint possible.

The runtime framework must be small and non intrusive.

Generated code should be as close as possible to native JS without overhead and performance degradation.

Compatibility

Make classes or functions that can be used in native JS, or use external JS libraries or frameworks into your PHP project. Check out here the list of supported features, and PHP core migration status.

PHP Everywhere

Sounds like a joke ! Using the PHP in the browser is not realy the point … The fact is that with this library it open doors to PHP for GUI development under Node-WebKit, Electron or Apache Cordova (hacks comming soon)

Merging Communities

The main idea behind this project is to merge 2 great communities, the PHP world comes with a great range of tools, frameworks, libraries and programs, and on the other hand NodeJS is just the coolest Web plateform !
